tomate si curry. Lasam 3 minute pe foc mediu, apoi punem pulpele spalate bine.
Completam cu 100-200 ml apa, condimentam bine cu sare si piper. Lasam la fiert,
la foc mic aproximativ 30 minute pana cand sosul scade si carne este patrunsa.

punem pesmetul. Trecem puiul prin ou, pesmet si il asezam intr-un bol

tigaie incinsa cu ulei de floarea soarelui prajim pieptul de pui pe fiecare
parte circa 3-4 minute.</span></div>
